WASHINGTON <br />Inspection made February 10, of a complaint sent by Harold Hall <br />Sf 4b3O Mermont Drive. <br />The residence at 1318 Maryland is the property Mr. Hall is <br />complaining about. An exterior inspection was made and outside <br />of a few minor corrections this residence is secured with <br />electrical service to.residence with two front porch lights <br />burning, and one in the kitchen. Basement window broken in a <br />window well, in front of the house. Shrubs have been cut down <br />around the residence and let lay on the ground. <br />I would classify this residence as a i2. I, therefore, feel that <br />I cannot say that this is an unsafe building. <br />Talked to a realtor to see what was to be done with this <br />and they informed me that the owner was away but was to <br />this week, and they would call me latter on this matter. <br />The owner is Glen E.
