Spot prime all raw wood <br />surfaces with appropriate oil base wood primec. Give <br />the entire garage and house one coat of exterior latex <br />paint, Pittsburgh Paint or equal. Owner to aelect <br />colors with painters aid in selecting colors and will <br />cover existing in one coat. Allow for two colore (trim <br />different from the building main 6ody). Spray painting <br />is acceptable. <br />Interior paint. Corrtractor to give the entice basement <br />liviny areas, including cloaets, except the furnace <br />room, two coats of paint with the final coat being latex <br />enamel (aemi gloes) Pittaburgh Paint or equal. Give the <br />main floor bathcoom two ccata of the same type paint. <br />Sc::ape and prep all areas prior to painting. Ownec <br />ahall select all finiah paint cclors. Note it is <br />acceptable to use an emulsion type sealez coat on all <br />unpainted sheetrock prior to final coat of paint. <br />Existing pine board wall in basement south bedroom to be <br />finished off complete with a clear polyucethane <br />(varathane) type finish.
