Run same carpet and <br />pad up basement stairs to main floor door. Add base and <br />metal moldings as needed to complete the job. <br />Install $16 per square yard (retail price) cacpet over <br />1/2" rebond pad to the entire floor areas in the iiving <br />and dining rooms. Complete job with apprcpriate <br />moldings. <br />Owner shall select all floor coverings.
