Descriotion of Violation <br />The following conditions constitute a nuisance under Section 8.20.020 of the Everett City <br />code: <br />(E) Dead, de,:ayed, diseased, noxious or hazardous trees or vegetation, vegetation that <br />is taller than forty-two inches high and not located in a floH�er bed, and/or grass <br />tafler than twelve inches in height, located in thc front yard, side yard, reaz yard or <br />vacant lot. <br />IL Corrcctive Action Reauired <br />To eliminate this violation, you must removc all avergrowth of vesetntion, dcad <br />vegetution. Corrective Action must be fully completed on or before October 31, <br />1999.
