Penal : <br />If vou fail to comolete the Corrective Action bv the date reauired or annear at the <br />hearine, the hearing examiner may issue an Order that may include some or all of <br />•the following: <br />(1) A requirement that the violation(s) described in Section I be corrected within a <br />certain timc period. <br />(2) A fine in an amount of up to Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). <br />(3) Authorization for thc City or its designated agent !o take corrective action and <br />assess the costs against thc person(s) to whom this violation citation is issued if <br />the violation is not completely corrected by within the time period set forth in <br />the ordcr. <br />Also, violation of the terms of a hearing examiner's order is a misdemeanor offense. <br />In addition: <br />Hn exterior inspectio:� of the building on the rear of the property was <br />conducted and it �vas noted that conditions exist with the building that aze <br />in violatio,i uf the Housin; Code and Dangerous Building Abatement <br />Code of the City of Everett. <br />Some of thc deficicncies noted arc: <br />1) Thc building is so deteriorated, structural poRions have materially <br />less resistance to ���inds or earthquakes than is required in the case of <br />similar new constniction. <br />2) The b:�ilding it� so dilapidated that portions of the roof may bccome <br />detached or dislodged, or collapse and thcreby injurc ncrsons or damage <br />property. <br />3) The building is maintained in violation of specific requirements or <br />prohibition applicablc to such buiidings or stn�ctures provided by the <br />building regulations of this jurisdiction, as specified in the Building Code <br />or of an�� law or ordinance of diis state orjurisdiction relating to the <br />condition, location or structure of btiildings. <br />� io�,� i io. cn�:n iu� .
