No. GL 6952 <br />Such vehicles constitute both a criminal violation and a public nuisance for <br />the following reasons: <br />2 <br />i <br />4 <br />The vehicles have vital parts missing and are inoperable. <br />The vehicles have been situated on the above property for more <br />than three months. <br />The vehicles are not currently registered with the Washington <br />State Department of Licensing. <br />The vehicles are detrimental to the health, safety and general <br />welfare of the public. <br />Unless you request a hearing within ten (10) days from the mailing date of <br />this letter, the vehicles will be removed, impounded and disposed of at your <br />expense.
