WASHINGTON <br />aami <br />INSPECTION Of.PARTMENT <br />This letter is to advise you that the following described vehicles located <br />at 2222 Mc�ougal, Everett, Washington, constitute wrecked, dismantled and <br />inoperative vehicles which violate Ordinance No. 869-82: <br />1963 Ford Lic. No. DDE 693 <br />1964 Chevrolet Lic. No. BLY 526 <br />1964 Chevrolet Lic. No. UAH 765 <br />1973 Chev Van Lic. No. GL G952 <br />Such vehicles constitute both a criminal violation and a public nuisance <br />for the following reasons: <br />1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />The vehicles have vital parts missing and are inoperable. <br />The vehicles have been situated on the above property for <br />more than three months. <br />The vehicles are not currently registered with the Washin9ton <br />State �epartment of Licensing. <br />The vehicles are detrimental to the health, safety and general <br />welfare of the public. <br />Unless you request a hearing within ten (10) days from the mailing date <br />of this letter, the vehicles will be remaved, impounded and disposed of <br />at your expense. Should you request a hearing, it should be directed to <br />Marian G.
