WA <br />November 23, 1984 <br />Fire Marshal <br />City of Everett <br />2801 Oakes <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />SUBJECT: Warehouse Storage <br />Garrett Freightlines <br />2716 McDougall <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />Gentlemen: <br />This is to advise you of the conditions and standard of control we <br />maintain at the subject warehouse facility. <br />Two designated employees only, have keys for admittance, as well as the <br />warehouse manager, who is on the premises daily, during bu_.ness hours. <br />Our section has a multiple lock system, and is kept locked at all times <br />when we are not in the area. <br />The windows are secured and transient access has not been a problem. <br />Adequate aisle space is maintained to all tires and records stored. There <br />are no other materials stored in the facility. <br />Maintenance is required regularly, and no packing or other combustible <br />material is allowed to collect on the floor or other areas. <br />Therefore, we would like your consideration of a one year extension for <br />use of this warehouse storage. We have been negotiating the purchase of <br />our own facility and need this time to complete the purchase and building <br />of our storage warehouse. <br />Sincerely, <br />D. W.
