The housekeeping was <br />good and the tire storage was neat and orderly with good aisleways throughout <br />the area. The security appeared to be adequate and the building is mostly <br />fire -resistive construction. We feel that allowing a one year extension for <br />the use of this facility is warranted for the foregoing reasons. We would <br />suggest that the lighting, wiring and electrical service be inspected and <br />repaired as needed. A monitored smoke detection and alarm system would <br />greatly enhance the fire protection of this building.
