AGENCIES WITH JURISDIC-TION <br />Snohomish Health District; Moderate Risk Waste Fixed Facility permit. Prior to occupancy the <br />Applicant must obtain a permit from the Snohomish Health District and must comply with the <br />conditions therein. <br />MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA <br />Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. (SEPA <br />Earth, I wd and Shoreline Use Policies.) <br />The lead agencies for this proposal have determined that it does not have a probable signifeant adverse <br />impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW <br />43.21C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes compliance with State law and City ordinances related to <br />general environmental protection including but not limited to right-of-way improvement requirements, <br />drainage, etc. This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other <br />information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request. You should be prepared to make specific factual objections.
