The eaisting residence will be used for a rent��� ���it and <br />a duplex will be constructed on the rear lot. <br />There was no further comment from the audience. <br />After visually viewing the subject property and considering all <br />the facts and testimony it was moved by D1r. t4ilson seconded by <br />Mr. Zook and unanimously carried to grant the applicants request <br />as it meets all the requirements of Section 19.70.060 of the E��erett <br />Municipal Code Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, & 4. <br />As a condition to the granting of the variance the followin9 <br />stipulation was made: <br />1. Prio� to the issuance of any type of permit for the necoly <br />created rear lot (lot B) an inspection shall be made of <br />the existing residential structure on the front lot (lot A) <br />for compliance �oith all applicable codes and any necessary <br />corrections ihat are required shall be completed, inspect�d, <br />and signed off by the City of Everett Building Department. <br />Dir. Russell then explained to Dir.
