Records Retention <br />The Permittee shall retain records of all monitoring information (site log book, sampling <br />results, inspection repoRs/checklists, etc.), Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, and <br />any other :locumentation of compliance with pernvt requirements during the life of the <br />construction project and for a minimum of three years following the termination of <br />permit coverage. Such information shall include all calibration and maintenance records, <br />and records of all data used to complete the application for this permit. This period of <br />retention shall be extended during the course of any unresolved litigation regarding the <br />discharge of pollutants by the Permittee or when requested by Ecology. <br />D. Recordins of Results <br />For each measurement or sample taken, the Permittec shall :ecord the following <br />information: <br />1. Datc, place, method, and time of sampling or measurement; <br />2. The individual who perl'ormed the sampling or measurement <br />3. The dates the analyses were performed; <br />4. The individual who performed the analyses; <br />5. The analytical techniques or mediods used; and <br />6. The results of all analyscs. <br />E. Additional Monitorine bv the Permittec <br />If the Pcrmittee monitors any pollutant morc frequenQy than required by this permit using <br />tcst procedures specified by Condition S4 of this permit, the results of this monitoring <br />shall be included in thc caiculation and reporting of the data submitted in the Permittee's <br />DMR. <br />F. Noncomaliancc Notification <br />In the event the Permittec is unable to comply with any of the terms and conditions of <br />this permit which may cause a threat to human health or the environment, the Permittee <br />shall: <br />1. Immediately notify Gcology of the failure to comply. <br />2. Immediately take action to prevent the discharge/pollution, or otherwise stop or <br />correct the noncompliance, and, if applicable, repeat sampling and analysis of any <br />noncompliance immediately and submit the results to Ecology w�thin five (5) days <br />after becoming aware of the violation. <br />
