Site Restoration. <br />1.06 <br />A <br />1.07 <br />CONTRACTOR WORK HOURS <br />Contractor's work hours shall be limited to the periods designated by the Port and the <br />GGCM. <br />WORK TO BE PERFORMED BY OTHER� <br />A. The Port and the GGCM will perform ceriain work and oversight activities at the site <br />during this Contract, including but not limited to the following: <br />l. Coordination of the soil cleanup activities with other ongoing site prcparation and <br />infrastructurc work. <br />2. Providing solid waste approvals from the designated disposal facilities, and making <br />payment to the disposal facilities for the impacted soil and debris removed from the <br />designated soil cleanup areas. <br />3. Providing direction to the Contractor regarding the lateral extent and depth of soil <br />excavation to be condncted under this Contract. <br />4. Conducting soil sampling and analysis activities to confirm that impacted soil has <br />been adequately rcmoved f'rom the excavation areas. <br />5. Administer the Contract; monitor, observe, approve, and accept the work; coordinate <br />with Ecology and other regulatory agencies; provide required direction for the work <br />when Contractor requests darification of the intent of the Contract Documents; and <br />gcnerally cnsure that the cxecution and completion of the work meets design, <br />construction, and other requiremcnts of the Contract Documents. <br />I.OS PROTGCTION OF SITE FEATURES AND ADJACENT PROPERTY USES <br />A.
