PORT OF EVERETT <br />NORTH MARINA REDEVELOP119ENT <br />SHALLOW SOIL VCP CLEANUP ACTION <br />SECTION 01041 <br />COORDINATION <br />dcmonstrated experience completing contaminated soil remediation projects of similar <br />size and complexity. <br />2.02 CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULES <br />A. Contractor shall submit upon a�vard of Contract a detailed construction schedule for <br />review and approval by the Pori. The construction schedule shall clearly show each <br />element of work to be performed under this Contract, and all items involved in overall <br />scqucncing of thc �vurk, including submittals and Port review time. <br />B. The construction schedule shall be kept current, taking into account the actua] progress <br />of the work. The schedule shall record the actual time required to accomplish the <br />various activitics included therein and include Contractor's projections of the time it <br />anticipates will be required to complete unfinished tasks. The schedule shall be revised <br />and updaled weekly and submitted to the Pori and GGCM for review and comment. <br />2.03 CONSTRUCTION PLAN <br />A. Contractor shall submit upon award of Contract a construction plan that addresses each <br />of the primary elements of the work. The construction plan shall demonstrate that the <br />work is thoroughly planned �vith adequate stafiing, equipment, and management control, <br />and that suitable construction methods and equipment are planned to meet the technical <br />rcquiremcnts of thc �;�ork. <br />B. Contractor shall obtain the PorCs approval of the construction plan prior to initiating the <br />clements of work co��cred in the plan. The Pori's approval of Contractor's construction <br />plan shall in no way climinate Contractor's responsibility to carry out the work in <br />accordance with thc Cuntract Ducuments; nor shall such approval, in any way, cause the <br />Port to takc responsibili�y for suUstandard or defective work that may result from <br />�onstruction mcthods proposcd by Contractor. <br />PAR7' 3 - F.SF.CUTION <br />3.0] A4ANAGEMENT OP THE \'VORK <br />A. Manage the work in compliance �vith the technical, procedural, reporting, and <br />scheduling requiremcnts of this Contract. Provide the necessazy management, technical, <br />and administrativc personnel and suf'ficient project management systems and equipment <br />to carry out die work in compliance with these requirements. <br />B.
