F M*1T - iFT ST.4TiONS 7& 8 i m�,R anFc <br />Moved by Councilmc,mber Overstreet, seconded by Councilmember Hansen <br />to authorize the Mayor to sien � professional services asreement with HDR <br />Engineerine for Lift stations #7 and #8 upgrades. <br />Lift stations �7 and R;i will be upgraded to pump stotmwater from the Port of <br />Everett to the water pollution control faciliry and to reduce the frequency of <br />combined sewer overfluws at the lift station to an ave�age of one event per yeaz. <br />Per an interlocal agreement between the City and the Port of Everett, the Port will <br />reimburse the City for 100% of the cost of the lift station #7 upgrade and <br />approximately 30% of the cost of the lift station R8 upgrade. <br />Roll was called with all counciimembers voting yes. <br />Motion carried. <br />269 <br />
