A construction contract has <br />been issued and is in progress to construct these facilities at the WPCF. The <br />recommendations made in the HDR study to reduce odor re]eased from the <br />collection system now needs to be implemented. HDR is prepazed to design and <br />provide construction support for two carbon filters. One system will be <br />constructed at the north end of Shadowood Drive and the second system will be <br />constructed on Lowell Road near Gale Place. <br />Roll was called with all councilmembers votin� yes. <br />Motion carried. <br />: � �• :1 : • :u • ►1 • <br />Moved by Councilmember Hansen seconded by Councilmember Pope to <br />adopt Resolution No. 4439 accepting the 10% petition for the Biringer Farm <br />area annexation as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the Port of Everett, Boazd of Commissioners has requested that the <br />Birir.ger Farm azea uwned by the Port of Everett be annexed into the City of <br />Everetc, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Everett has a desire to work with the Port of Everett in a <br />cooperative and supportive manner, and <br />WHEREAS, the azea proposed for annesation is within the Urban Growth <br />Boundary azea established by Snohomish County <br />270 <br />
