A construction con�act has <br />been issu�d and is in progress to construct these facilities at the WPCF. The <br />recommendations made in the HDR study to reduce odor re]eased from the <br />collection system no�v needs to be implemented. HDR is prepazed ta design and <br />provide construction support for nvo carbon filters.
