A construction con�act has <br />been issu�d and is in progress to construct these facilities at the WPCF. The <br />recommendations made in the HDR study to reduce odor re]eased from the <br />collection system no�v needs to be implemented. HDR is prepazed ta design and <br />provide construction support for nvo carbon filters. One system will be <br />constructed at the north end of Shadowood Drive and the second system will be <br />constructed on Lowell Road near Gale Place. <br />Roll was called with all councilmembers votin� yes. <br />Motion carried. <br />. � � <br />�..w�..-.....-���-,---•- - <br />Moved by Councilmember Hansen seconded by Councilmember Pope to <br />adopt Resolution No. 4439 accepHng the 10% petirion for the Biringer Farm <br />area annesation as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the Port of Everett, Boazd of Commissioners has requested that the <br />Biringer Farm azea owned by the Port of Everett be annexed into the City of <br />Everett, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Eve;ett has a desire to work with the PoR of Everett in a <br />cooperative and supportive manner, and <br />WHEjtEA$, the area proposed for a�'u�exation is within the Urban Growth <br />Boundary azea established by Snohomish County <br />270 <br />
