EACT$ <br />The Applicant requested approval of a Shoreline Permit for the development of a <br />portion of the City of Everett's waterfront. The proposal will be a publicfprivate use <br />which will complete an important public access link between the north and south <br />sides of the Port of Everett Marina and construction of commercial developments <br />framing the historic Chamber of Commerce building and the southeast corner of the <br />marina. The specific projects of the development have been described in the <br />Introduction of this document <br />2. The proposed project is within 200 feet of Puget Sound, and the proposed <br />development will exceed $2,500 in value. Pursuant to the Everett Shoreline Master <br />Program, the Everett Municipal Codo (EMC), the Washington Administrative Code <br />(WAC) 173-19.0004, and the Shoreline Act of the State of Washington, a Shoreline <br />Permit is required <br />3. The subject property is designated Urban Developed and Redeveloping as set forth <br />in the City of Everett Shoreline Master Program. The proposed project satisfies the <br />Goals and Policies for the regulations for the urban development, and the proposed <br />uses are permitted uses in an Urban shoreline designation. The subject property is <br />zoned WC Waterfront Commercial <br />
