However, any issues not <br />addressed in said agreement shall be subject to City of Everett Public Works <br />Department roview. If the Public 1Norks Department reviews matters that are not <br />included in thu West Marine View give agreement, they shall require detailed <br />swings in accordance with "'ily Design and Construction Standards to be <br />submitted to the Department or Public Works. These shall be submitted for <br />;ndividual projects, showing site parking, layout, landscaping, utilities, storm <br />drainage, temporary construction erosion control, and all required improvements in <br />the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of t�iese drawings is <br />required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed <br />end approved hefore Occupancy Permit- are issued <br />12 <br />
