Any gredingill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding <br />properties. <br />25. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance with <br />Ordinance 1171-85 and subsequent revision are applicable. These charges are <br />based on projected water usage and can be substantial. The Applicant is <br />encouraged to obtain a copy of the ordinance and determine estimated charges <br />prior to Building Permit application. The actual charges shall be computed by the <br />Public Works Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and according to <br />the information on the approved plans at the time of Building Permit issuance <br />26. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. <br />Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works <br />Inspector. <br />27. There are existing sewer and water mains within the footprint of the proposed <br />hotel/commercial buildings. These mains will need to be re-routed during the <br />instruction, process <br />28, An easement must be dedicated to the City of Everett for the rerouted public water <br />main. Construction or substantial progress toward construction of this project must be <br />undertaken within two years after final approval of the Shoreline Permit and <br />completed within five years.
