I have the following
comments:
- Sprinkler system supply: There will be a 4" line from the existing 6" DCVA into the Hotel.
- Domestic supply: The domestic water is in place west of the building and a 4" valve has been set.
The size of the line to the Hotel will be determined by the design/build contractor at a later date.
- Sanitary sewer: There are three available stub -outs. We will probably only use one due to the
connection charges from the City; however, if it is more economical to tie into the sewer twice,
we will do that. The system is design/build and will be sized after the contractor is hired.
- Storm sewer: Our roof drains and gutters will tie into the storm sewer in probably two places.
Sized by the design/build contractor.
Any questions about the existing utilities should be directed to Brian Sequin at Reid Middleton-
775-3434.
FROM Robert H Schneide LIU
Pages, including this page: FAXED on: MAILED on:
MEMO
The Bumgardner Architects
Page 1
