A sheltered multi-use/market to be located at the north end of the project area near Olympic Fish Company. The shelters will be provided with lighting and water, but no other services are anticipated. Harbor Mountain Development, a private company, proposes to construct a 50 to 80 unit hotel and approximately 30,000 sq. ft. of multiple use commercial and office space in the area north and west of the Weyerhaeuser building. The commercial portion of this development could include a coffee shop, a bank, marine supplies, other retail and office uses. Improvements to be made to the street edge along Marine View Drive, including a sidewalk and landscaping. The development will include approximately 240 parking spaces and landscaping complementary to the landscaping in the south marina (the Zoning Code would require approximately 180 parking spaces).
