A sheltered multi-use/market to be located at the north <br />end of the project area near Olympic Fish Company. <br />The shelters will be provided with lighting and water, but <br />no other services are anticipated. <br />Harbor Mountain Development, a private company, <br />proposes to construct a 50 to 80 unit hotel and <br />approximately 30,000 sq. ft. of multiple use commercial <br />and office space in the area north and west of the <br />Weyerhaeuser building. The commercial portion of this <br />development could include a coffee shop, a bank, marine <br />supplies, other retail and office uses. <br />Improvements to be made to the street edge along <br />Marine View Drive, including a sidewalk and <br />landscaping. <br />The development will include approximately 240 parking <br />spaces and landscaping complementary to the <br />landscaping in the south marina (the Zoning Code would <br />require approximately 180 parking spaces). <br />A hearing on the request was held before the Hearing Examiner of the City of Everett on <br />July 21, 1994.
