24 Any grading/fill on, this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding <br />properties. <br />25. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance with <br />Ordinance 1171-85 and subsequent revision are applicable. These charges are <br />based on projected water usage and can be substantial. The Applicant is <br />encouraged to obtain a copy of the ordinance and determine estimated charges <br />prior to Building Permit application. The actual charges shall be computed by the <br />Public Works Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and according to <br />the information on the approved plans at the time of Building Permit issuance. <br />26. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. <br />Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works <br />Inspector. <br />27. There are existing sewer and water mains within the footprint of the proposed <br />hotel/commercial buildings. These mains will need to be re-routed during the <br />construction process. <br />28. An easement must be dedicated to the City of Everett for the rerouted public water <br />main. Easement shall be a minimum of 15 feet in width. <br />29. The regulations stated by the Assistant Fire Marshal, Brad Olson, in his memo <br />dated June 29,1994, are hereby incorporated as conditions of approval. <br />30. Construction or substantial progress toward construction of this project must be <br />undertaken within two years after final approval of the Shoreline Permit and <br />completed within five years. If the project has not been completed in this time span, <br />the Shoreline Permit will be reviewed by the Planning Department, who will either <br />extend the permit for one year or terminate the permit. <br />Done and dated this 12th day of August, 1994. <br />Jam .
