Final easement ducumeui,, interlocal agreements, and permit fees will be
111*0vided directly by the Port of Everett.
The following information is provided in response to the city's review comments on the ^ '
original submittals:
3 PRIL 3, 1995, MEMORANDUM FROM JANE ZIMMERMAN r PTV tkq(f
Interlocal agreements:
It is our understanding that these agreements are presently being negotiated between
.he City and the Port. The
Port is aware that there will be increased maintenance due to sediment accumulation.
Additional tidal analysis:
Based on Corps of Engineer data, Mean Higher High Water at Everett is at elevation
1 I.11 ft. above MLLW. On " ebruary 5 1995, the water level at the east end of the
marina was measured at 14.2 feet MLLW at a predicted tide level of 11.6 feet
MLLW. Based on this difference which is caused by the river hydraulics, it is
estimated that the water level at the outfall in the marina would be above elevation
12.0 ft. MLLW, which is the system overflow, for an average of about three hours
