We received written <br />notice to proceed with our stud,y from Dene Neubauer of Snohomish County P.U.D. <br />No. 1 effective May 10, 1991. . <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />The proposed modification to the Norton Avenue Substation consists of removing <br />a circuit switcher and replacing it with a new circuit switcher. The location <br />of the new circuit switcher is shown on the Site and Exploration Plan, Figure <br />1.
