The excavated material will be used on the northeast <br />portion of the site to condition and prepare the site <br />for module fabrication as preliminary investigation by <br />the applicant and information on hand indicates an <br />unstable earth condition may exist. Additional soil <br />sampling and analysis will be done. <br />11. Surface water runoff should not increase as surface <br />preparation will be crushed rock and gravel. An <br />extended storm drain s}�stem for the site will be <br />tied into the existing storm drain and must be <br />designe3 in accordance with the City's drainage <br />ordinance to take care of increased drainage. <br />12. Constructio�� equipment operations must comply with <br />state an3 local noise code requirements. <br />13. Light and glare must be shielded from th? hillside <br />residential area. <br />14. Up to 1,500 Worker� could be employed at peak of <br />operation. Average work force �vill be 575 persons <br />generating approximately 445 vehicles per day. <br />Carpooling will be encouraged. Five acres are <br />designated for personnel automobiles. <br />15. Truck traffic is estimated at an average of three <br />large and four to six small trucks per day. <br />16. The structures and activity will be visible to but <br />will not block any views from the hillside residential <br />area. <br />
