This equipment will be the normal of construct°.on <br />proje�ts, i.e., cranes, loaders, air compressors, elect. =ca1 welding <br />machines, and other equipment. Pile driving M'i!1 be occasionad during <br />site construction for a period of several wee}:s. The noise level dur;ng <br />fabrication operations would be well within the zoninE restrictions. <br />The building modules are asse:nbled by bolting and welding. Riveting <br />is an exception. Daytime atid nighttime noise levels will not exceed <br />;tandards prescribed by the maximum environmental noise levels (YIAC-173-60), <br />State of Washington. <br />7,) The module locations will be equipped with appropriate lighting to <br />achieve close-tolerance work in the early morning and late evening. <br />One shift per day, 5 days per week is planned, with occasional over- <br />time. Load-out of modules for transporting may require periods of <br />arowid-the-clock operation by sF�ecialized crew� and equipment. Flo.�d <br />lights will be fitted with reflectars which will concentrate the <br />illumination on the site operating areas. Glare on Nortcn Avenue <br />and hillside residential areas will be avoided. Weldir,g operations <br />will be shielded to grevent off-site annoyance. <br />10.) Vehiculsr traffi: increase <br />in the area will be due to arrival and departure of a work force of an <br />average 575 persons (approximately 445 vehicles). Carpooling will be <br />encouraged. The equipment for this �ite includes 50-passenger buses in <br />order to minimize traffic. There are plans to provide five acres for <br />parking of personal automobiles. The Port of Everett has requested to <br />retain use and access of footage adjoining th� existing container-loading <br />pi.er. The Port is providing S-acres immediately adjacent, northeast of <br />tiie site. <br />14.)
