Coordinate and pay for work by utility compuny. -� B. Remove overhead power and telephone service lines, guys and anchors, lights, and poles within the limitt of work. C. Exisdng underground power and telephone services shall be abandonecl in place. D. Dispose of all lines, poles, lights, and appurtenances to an off-site disposal site in accordunce with all applicable codes and ordinances. 3.4 CAPPWG OF EXISTING WATER AND SAMTARY SEWER 3ERVICES A. Locate existing services to structures. Turn water off at meter. B. Prior to demolition of Buildings "A," "B," "C," and "D" identified on the drawings, disconnect and cap existing sanitary and water services. C. The Contractor shall disconnect and cap the existing water servi��e at the exisdng water meter along Marine View Drive per City of Everett requirements. Do not remove the meter and service line to the main. All exisung underground water services lines shall be abandoned in place. D. The Conaactor shall disconnect and cap the existing sanitary sewer ser�ice rcr the City of Everett requirements. Ail sanitary sewer lines and �ppurtenances shall be remevecl and disposed of from the site in accordance with applicable codes and ordinances. E. Compact backfill for excavation to 95 percent for the top 2 feet and 90 percent for the remainder of trench. 3.5 DEMOLITION OF EXISTING STRUCI'URES A. Demolish and dispose of Buildings "A," `B;' "C," and "D" identified on the drawings. Demolition shall include but is not limited to foundaaons, walls, roofing, interior components, and rubbish. Utility services to the buildings shall be demolished prior to building demolition. B.
