Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by �lre; ; na�Gnents (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2009 International Building Code,) (2009 Intemational Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drewings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />1. Provide site plan per City of Everett Residential Submit+.al Checklist. <br />2. Openings and penetrations of dwelling exterior walls are restricted by Table <br />R302.1 of the International Residential Code (IRC). Openings less than 3' from <br />the property line are not allowed. Existing glazing in a window may be replaced <br />but a new frame or a larger opening is not allowed. <br />3. Provide minimum 36" landing (measured in the direction of travel) at the bottom <br />of the new stairs. <br />4. Pro��ide layout for bathroom fixtures complying with the required clearences per <br />"Figure R307.1 Minimum Fixture Clearences". <br />5. Provide the size for all existing and new windows (see # 2 above). Show how all <br />habitable spaces are provided with naturel light and ventilation per Section R303 <br />IRC. <br />6. Provide 100 cfin exhaust fan in the kitchen which must be vented to the exterior. <br />7.
