Provide site plan per City of Everett Residential Submit+.al Checklist. 2. Openings and penetrations of dwelling exterior walls are restricted by Table R302.1 of the International Residential Code (IRC). Openings less than 3' from the property line are not allowed. Existing glazing in a window may be replaced but a new frame or a larger opening is not allowed. 3. Provide minimum 36" landing (measured in the direction of travel) at the bottom of the new stairs. 4. Pro��ide layout for bathroom fixtures complying with the required clearences per "Figure R307.1 Minimum Fixture Clearences". 5. Provide the size for all existing and new windows (see # 2 above). Show how all habitable spaces are provided with naturel light and ventilation per Section R303 IRC. 6. Provide 100 cfin exhaust fan in the kitchen which must be vented to the exterior. 7.
