22. Signs-Signs stating "NO PARKING-FIRE LANE-TOW AWAY ZONE" must be <br />provided the length of the easement access. Locations are to be approved by the Fire <br />Marshall <br />23. 'ihe Ciry of Everett prohibits outdoor buming. Therefore, outdoor burnin¢ for the <br />purpose of rtisposing of construction debris or rubb�sh will not be pertnitted. <br />24. Trash Collection- Dumpster over 1.5 cubic yards capacity must be located a minimum of <br />5 feet from the building (LJFC 11.302(b), 1991 edition) <br />25. T��e City Parks and Recreation Department would like a preconstruction meeting to <br />ensure that Maggies Park use is not disrupted by this proposal. Please contact Jay Magill <br />o� Daryl Bertholet of the Parks Department at 259-0300 <br />26 The Police Depaztment has the following security recommendations: <br />a. Lighting of the parking lot should be a minimum of 3-4 foot candles. <br />b. Monitored fire and intrusion alarm system zoned for each entity should be <br />provided. System can also utilize chime when perimeter door is opened. Also, <br />install remore "panic button" for employees safety. <br />c. The perimeter doors should be solid core or metal with double cylinder dead-bolts <br />installed. If doors open to the outside, or hinges are exposed, pin hinges should be <br />provided. <br />d. Landscaping and stwbbery should be planned so it will not provide concealment <br />possibilities and should be maintained/pruned down to 2' to 4' from the ground so a <br />person cannot be concealed behind or beneath it. <br />e. During the final stages of constniction, please contact Dick Thomberry, Crime <br />Prevention Officer, at 259-0416 for further security recommendations. <br />27. GTE Northwest Incorporated has facilities near this location to serve this proposal. <br />However, early notification of telephone requirements will expedite their ab�lity to <br />coordinate and place new plant within the building.
