l 2. <br />l 3. <br />FiNAL DECLARATION OF NON-SIGN1FiCANCE <br />SEPA ll 82-23 <br />As-builts of storm sewer and sanitary sewer will be required to be submitted as <br />prints and mst be submitted before the Occupancy Permit is issued. <br />A one-year Warrantee Guarantee is required on the public alley, storm sewer and <br />sanitary sewer for an amount nut less than 10�U of the cost of construction and shall <br />run for one year from the date of issuance of the Occupancy P�=rmii for the project. <br />14. One additional off-street parking space is required to replace the on-street spaces <br />removed by installation of the driveway. <br />15. Performance guarantees dre required for che alley and sewer main improvements. <br />t6. Portions of the sidewalk must be repaired to City Standards aiid a portion of the <br />curbing must be replaced to City standards. <br />l7.
