Bids to be received until 2:00 p.m., July 29, 1982. <br />Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yes. <br />hlotion Carried <br />DEDIOLITION STATUS - 2827 NORTON -(CB 623-141) <br />Larry Callahan, of the Building Department, reported the resolution <br />demolish this structure had been tabled by Council on April 14th for <br />90 day period, which expired on July 13th. Bob Iiaggard had been in <br />that day and submitted paperwork to remodel the building. Since it <br />�vould take approximately 30 days for City staff to review the plans, <br />recommended at least another 30 days extension. <br />t <br />h <br />Moved by Councilman Aldcroft, seconded by Councilman Michelson, to ' <br />extend the table of the proposed resolu+.ion authorizing the demolitio <br />of the structure at 2827 Norton for 30 days to August 18, 1982. <br />Councilman b�i�helson asked about the normal procedure when applicatio <br />for a buildin� permit is received and h1r. Callahan replied they then <br />nad 180 days to begin construction.
