The monies for interim street improvements <br />on Casino Road were not treated like other cumulative funds. Since <br />LID 709 has commenced, these monies should be returned to the <br />appropriate parties. The amendments to the ordinance address the <br />return of these monies. The ordinance itselE will allow a smooth <br />transition to the LI� process repealing those ordinances that imposed <br />special requirements to those developments alony Casino Road. <br />He pointed out that interest on the monies in the interim improve- <br />ment fund will be c:omputed and paid at the legal rate under <br />RCt4 19.52.010.
