Marine <br />View Drive and Hewitt Avenue. <br />Dear Mr. Crawford: <br />On Friday March 9th I met with Mr. Tim Tyler and Mr. Duane Branvold <br />at the site described above, in an attempt to resolve the conflict between <br />Mr. Branvold and myself on the contruction of his new building adjacent <br />to my property. As a result of the meeting and previous meetings - <br />discussions, the matter of retention, specifically deepth's of walls, <br />placement, thickness, etc., was mutually agredd upon with a verbal ' <br />statement from both gentlemen that I was to receive written confirmation <br />of this discussion. As of today (April 11, 1990) I have not received nor <br />have I heard anything further regarding the matter. However, construc- <br />tion has continued without any delay. <br />Throughout this matter I have been both receiptive to the city's needs <br />regarding construction requirements, and have listened to Mr. Branvol.ds <br />concerns. However, with much dialogue and little progress being accomp- <br />lished, I am quite frustrated at this point. <br />I am requesting that I receive written confirmatio as to the method and <br />all specific dimensions pertaining to the retentio of Mr. Branvolds <br />building and parking lot adjacent to my property. I am giving you.. <br />five (5) working days to respond to my reluests or Mr. Bill Pierson <br />will persue this matter with the City and !.If.
