Notes have <br />been made on this statement to reflect the understanding reached on March 9 <br />relative to the wall height. <br />I am sorry that a formal statement was not forwarded to you. Mr. Brandvold's <br />office informed me that he is out of town and scheduled to return April 26. <br />Subsequent to the March 9 meeting, he did submit plans of the proposed wall to <br />this office for review.
