The <br />followi.ng deficiencies render the building substandard pursuant to <br />Section 202 of the Uniform Housing Code: <br />1. The vital systems, heating, plumbinR and electrical have <br />destroyed. <br />I 2. The structure is Ueing vandalized. <br />� 3. Doors and windows are broken. <br />4. There is wood rot throughout the structure. I <br />� 5. There is general dilapidation and improper maintenance oE the <br />structure. <br />G. The structure is open to the public and is an attractive nusiancel <br />to minor children. � <br />II <br />The City of F.verett Ruilding Official has found the building which isl <br />located on the above-described property to be dangerous. 17ie following, <br />deficiencies render the building dan�;erous pursuant to Section 302 eEl <br />the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous I3uildings: � <br />1. 77ie building is being used as a harbor for trans;ents. <br />'I 2. <br />The building is being maintained in violation of specific) <br />requirements applicable to such building as provided by the, <br />building ;egulations of this city, as specified in the Uniforml <br />Housing Code relating to the condition of the building. i <br />III The building shall either be repaired in accordance with the current� <br />Ruilding Code or shall be demolished. , <br />IV Since the building is uninhabitable in its present condition, it shall <br />remain vacant until such time as the building is repaired in accordance <br />with the current Building Code or demolis)ted. <br />V If the owner elects to repair the building according, to the 13uilding� <br />Code, all permits must be secured therefore and the work physicallyl <br />cormnenced within 30 days of the date of this Order. All such work must; <br />be completed in compliance with the Iiuilding Code within 90 days oF the� <br />date of this order. � <br />
