VI If the owner elects to demolish the building, all required permits must <br />be secured therefore within 30 days of the date of this Order. Such <br />demolition must be completed within 90 days oE the date of Lhis Order. <br />VII If the required repair or demolition work is not cononenced within the <br />time set forth in paragraphs V and VI, the Iluilding Official will order <br />the building to remain vacated and proceed to cause the building to be <br />demolished and charge the costs thereof against the property or its <br />owner. <br />VIII Any person having any record title or legal interest in the building may <br />appeal from this Notice and Order to the Housing Advisory and Appeals <br />Board. Such appeal must be in writing as is required in the Uniform <br />Housing Code and filed with the Building Official within 30 days from <br />the date of service of this Notice and Order. Failure to appeul will <br />constitute a waiver of all right to an administrative hearing and <br />deternination of the matter. <br />IX On September 24, 1986, at 8:30 a.m., the Auilding Official will submit a <br />resolution to the Everett City Council, Ciuty !{�11, Everett, Washington, <br />if.
