� <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE AND ORDER OF THE CITY OF EVERETT BUILDING OFFICIAL <br />IITo: 0'Malley Brothers, Inc. <br />I 20923 44th Place kest <br />Lynnwood, WA 98036 <br />�RE: 3013 West Marine View Drive <br />Evere�t, Washington <br />�ILegal descr�ption of the following described property which is situated in the <br />ICounty of Snohomish: <br />!I <br />The South half of Lot 7 and all of Lot 8, Block 721, Plat of Everett <br />Division "H", as per the plat recorded in Volume 4 of Plats, page 50, <br />I <br />records of Snohomish County, Washingtcn. <br />'� <br />;'I <br />Sit�ate in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington. <br />On June 19, 1986, the City of Everett Building Official signed a <br />Notice of Unsafe Building which required the repair or demolition <br />and removal of the building on the above described property. fie <br />required work was to be completed within ninety (90) days fran the <br />receipt of the Notice. The Notice was received by you. You were <br />afforded an opportunity to have e hearing regarding the above <br />described property within 30 days of your receipt of th? Notice. <br />Qn September 3, 1986, the City of Everett Building OPficial was <br />informed of the untimely injury accident of Mr. Mike 0'Malley, <br />travelling in Ireland. Since Mr. Mike 0'Malley is the principal <br />negotiator in this matter, the City of Everett Building Official <br />awaited his return to the States to continue abatement <br />proceedings. On October 14th, 1986, the City of Everett Building <br />Official was informed of Mr. 0'Malley's return from Ireland. You <br />have failed to comply with the Notice signed on June 19th, 1986. <br />In its present condition the structure on the above described <br />property is a hazard to the safety and welfare of the general <br />public. It is imperative that the structure be repaired in <br />accordance with present day codes or demolished and removed. <br />The City of Everett Building Official has found the building which ', <br />is located on the above described property to be substandard. The �, <br />fol.lowing deficiencies render the building substandard pursuant to 'I <br />Section 2Q2 of the Uniform Housing Code: <br />1. The vital systems, heating, plumbing, and electrical have been ' <br />destroyed. <br />2. The structure is being vandali�ed. <br />3. Doors and windows are broken. <br />4. There is wood rot throughout the structure. <br />5. There is general dilapidation and improper maintenance of the <br />structure. <br />6. The �truct��re is an attractive nuisance to minor children. <br />
