Since Mr. Mike 0'Malley is the principal negotiator in this matter, the City of Everett Building Official awaited his return to the States to continue abatement proceedings. On October 14th, 1986, the City of Everett Building Official was informed of Mr. 0'Malley's return from Ireland. You have failed to comply with the Notice signed on June 19th, 1986. In its present condition the structure on the above described property is a hazard to the safety and welfare of the general public. It is imperative that the structure be repaired in accordance with present day codes or demolished and removed.
