� <br />The City of Everett Building Official has found the building which 'I <br />is located on the above described property tn be dangerous. The ' <br />following deficiencies render the building dangerous pursuant to �� <br />Section 302 of the Uniform Housing Code for the Abatement of <br />Dangerous euildings: ', <br />1. The building has been subject to use as a harbor for transients. <br />2. The building is being maintained in violation of specific '�� <br />requirements appli�able to such buildings as provided by the j <br />building regulations of the City, as specified in the Unifonn ', <br />Housing Code relating to the condition of the building. � <br />Since the structure is uninhabitable in its present condition, it I <br />shall remain vacant. <br />If the required repair or demolition of the building is not <br />commenced on or before the 7th day of November, 1986, the City <br />shall cause the building to be demolished and charge the costs <br />thereof against the property or its owners. <br />On November 12, 1986, at 8:00 a.m., the Building Official will <br />submit a resolution of demolition to the Everett City Council, City <br />�; Hall, Everett, Washington, if Paragraph VI of this Supplemental <br />�I Notice and Order is not complied with. <br />i; <br />iUATED this ��• � ti/,o day of October 1986. <br />� > <br />Everett uilding Official <br />
