976 <br />November 12, 1986 <br />The cegular meeting of ttie Everett City Council was called to order <br />at 8:30 a.m., November 12, 1986 in the Council Chambers of the <br />Everett City Hall. President Gipson pcesidin9. Upon roll call it <br />was found that Mayor Moore and all councilmen were present. <br />Minutes of the meeting held Novembec 5, 1986 were approved as <br />printed with Councilman Gipson and Niva abstain:ng fcom votin9. <br />MAYOR'S COMMENTS <br />PROCLAMATION <br />Mayor Noore p[oclaimed the week of Novembec 16 thro�gh 22, 1986 as <br />"Ccack Kill�d Applejack Week". <br />APPOINTMENTS <br />He then asked for confirmation of his appointments of the following <br />citizens� as members of the Citizen's A3visory Committee for Housing <br />and Community Development: <br />Bud Alkire to fill the expired tecm of Allan White. <br />James Tiede to fill the unexpiced term of A1be�t Swin9 . <br />Rathy Caccoll to fill the unexpired term of Isabelle Hollis. <br />June Van Arnum t0 fill the expired term of Virginia Miilec. <br />Moved by Councilman Morrow, seconded by Councilman Langus to concur <br />in the appointment of Bud Alkire to the Citizen's Advisory Committee <br />for Housing and Community Development. Term to expire October 1, <br />1992. <br />Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br />Motion caccied. <br />Moved by Councilman Stephanson, secondEd by Councilman Langus to <br />concur in the appointment of James Tiede to the Citizen's Advisory <br />Committee for Housing and Comnunity uevelopment. Tecm to expire <br />Octobec 1, 1987. <br />Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br />Motion Catiled. <br />Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by Councilman Moerow to <br />concur in the appointment of Rathy Cacroll to the Citizen's Advisory <br />Committee foc Housing and Community Development. Term to expi[e <br />October 1, 1989. <br />Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br />Motion car[ied. <br />Moved by CouncilR.an Langus, seconded by Councilman Mocrow to concur <br />in the appointment of June Van Arnum to the Citizen's Advisory <br />Committee for Housin9 and Community Development.
