Marine View Drive <br />B0702 <br />In response to your application for a construction permit, you.- plans have been examined and <br />you are advised that the issuance of a permit is being withheld for the reasons listed below. <br />These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions, or additions, may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />2003 International Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the <br />City of Everett and the Washington Stale Energy Code, 2004 Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide <br />the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections <br />requested. <br />1. The most recently submitted site plan indicates dimensions of 5'-0" from the north and <br />south building lines to property lines. Table 704.8 does not allow any openings here when <br />the building is not equipped with an NFPA 13 System (Sec. 704.8.1). With the proposed <br />NFPA 1312 System, the 'fable would allow for 15 % openings if they were to have 'b hour <br />protection. With a dimension of greater than 5'-0" and an NFPA 13R System, the Table <br />will allow 10% unprotected or 25% protected.
