IIaird and <br />unanimously carried to grant the applicant's request for the <br />following reasons: <br />1- There are er.ceptional circumstances that apply to t:�e <br />subject property that do not apply to othe= properties <br />in the same vicinity. <br />2- The granting of the variance is necessary for the appli- <br />cant's anjoyment of his property rights. <br />3- The granting of the variance cvill not be detrimental <br />to the comprehensive land use plan. <br />As a condition on the granting of this variance, the following <br />stipulations were made: <br />1- There should be a shrubbery greenbelt to prctect the <br />neiglibor on the north and <br />2- To place tlle driveway on the south side of the 40 foot <br />right-of-way, <br />(� A hearing was held on tlie application of Roy Wicklund, 2923 J <br />� Wetmore, Everett, for a variance from Sec. 15.04.110 S.C.C. <br />l�oning Code).
