(Zoning <br />Code) R-4, MuJ.tiple Family High Density Residence Zone Subsection <br />E-2, lard requirements for permission to construct a building <br />to the side property lines. <br />Existing Zoning provision requires a minimum of five (5) foot <br />setbacks from the side property lines. Lots 27, 28, 29, and 30, <br />Block 61]., Rucker's First Plat. 2614 Rockefeller, Everett. <br />Mr. George Keller, representing Dir. Egge, introduced a letter <br />from the Congregational Church. Mr. Egge and the Congregational <br />Church have reached a reciprocal a,teement that the Church could <br />utilize the parking on bir. Egge's property in the evenings and <br />Sundays. <br />'Phere were no fuither remarks from the audience either for or against <br />Mr. Egge's application. <br />l�fter visually viewing the subject property, and considering all <br />the facts, and testimony, it was moved by Mr. Ingram, seconded <br />by h1r. IIaird,,and unanimously carried to grant the applicant's <br />request for the following reasons: <br />1- The subject property is zoned R-9, �lultiple Family High <br />llensity Residence and is situated in Fire Zone �1, and <br />requires a Type III one-hour IIuilding. This structrre <br />will be adjacent to open parking areas on the north and <br />south and will not create a fire hazard to the remaining <br />building at this time. <br />2- Granting of the variance will not be detrimental to other <br />properties in the same area. <br />- 3- <br />
