If the project has not been completed in this time span, the permit will be reviewed by the Planniig Department who will do one of the following: extend the permit for one year, or terminate the permit. 21. The Applicant shall not have outdoor P.A. systems on IJsite unless it can be shown that the decibel level of such systems will not exceed the noise standards for residential zoned property of the City of Everett.
