SMA 16-87 <br />NORTON INDUSTRIES <br />ATTACHMENT "A" <br />1. The project shall be developed per the site plan submitted March 27, <br />1987, and admitted as exhibit 2 to this hearing. Any deviations from <br />the site plan must be reviewed by the Everett Planning Department. <br />2. Detailed drawings in accordance with City design and construction <br />standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing <br />site parking layout, landscap_.ig, utilities, storm drainage, temporary <br />construction eresion control, and all required improvements in the <br />public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these <br />drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All <br />improvements shall be completed, approved and warranted before the <br />Occupancy Permit is issued. <br />3. Full standard street improvements are required to W. Marine View Dr. <br />including but not limited to curb, gutter, sidewalk, street widening, <br />drainage and transitions per City Standards and the W. Marine View Dr. <br />Design. The Applicant may provide a performance guarantee to <br />coordinate improvements with other area improvements. - <br />4. Special charges for connection to sewer system in accordance with <br />Ordinance 984-13 are applicable. The actual cost shall be computed by <br />the Building Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and <br />according to the information provided on the approved plans on the date <br />of permit issuance. <br />5, Storm water runoff must be discharged to Port Gardner Bay with <br />provisions for oil and grit removal rather than to the City's combined <br />sewer system. <br />6. Parking must be per City Zoning Code *and City Design and Construction <br />Standards. <br />7. Any grading/fill on this site shall not impact surrounding properties. <br />If the Applicant is to use some of the fill that exists on site due to <br />illegal dunping and filling, approval must be secured from the <br />Department of Public Works prior to fill activity. <br />8. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet but not closer than <br />50 feet of every structure. <br />9. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times <br />during construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur <br />as directed by the Public Works Inspector. . <br />10. Performance guarantees are required for street and utility improvements. <br />
