RECEIVED <br />FINDINGS AND DECISION Jury 18I'Jul <br />OF THE HEARING EXAMINER OF THE <br />CITY OF EVERETT 0 & W GLASS <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />NORTON INDUSTRIES FO't APPROVAL OF A <br />SHORELINE SUBSTANTI:.L DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />46-87 <br />DECISION: The Shoreline Substantial Development Permit is <br />granted subject to the conditions listed. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />Norton Industries, 1020 - 100 Street, Everett, Washington, <br />98201, and hereinafter referred to as Applicant, has requested <br />approval of a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit for the <br />construction a building on the northwest corner of 1Oth Street <br />and West Marine View Drive, in the City of Everett, Washington, <br />and on property more particularly described as: <br />Northwest corner of loth Street and West <br />Marine View Drive, within the N.W. 1/4, <br />Section 18, T. 29 N.R. 5 E.W.M. in Everett, <br />Snohomish County, Washington. <br />A hearing on the request was held before the Everett Hearing <br />Examiner on June 4, 1987.
