The amount noted <br />is the City's portion of the relocation costs of realigning the access to the <br />public boat launch off West Marine View Drive. Mr. Schack has porportioned <br />the total $13,C86 cost equally between the City, Port and Norton Properties. <br />The appropriate easement documents have been revised to reflect the new <br />alignment and executed by all the parties. <br />Please advise your concurrence with Mr. Schack's proposal and which account <br />should fund the expenditure. One option is Fund 145, Real Property <br />Acquisition Fund.
