The Everett Planning Department recommended approval of <br />the Shoreline Substantial Development Permit subject to <br />20 conditions as set forth in the staff report. The application is for the approval of a Shoreline <br />substantial Development Permit per City ordinance <br />#723-80 for property located on West Marine View Drive <br />in the City of Everett, Washington. The specific <br />request is for the construction of a 16,500 square foot. <br />building for manufacturing purposes on the northwest <br />corner of lOth Street and West Marine View Drive in the <br />city of Everett, Washington. <br />
