Construction or substantial progress toward constru�'.ion of a project <br />must be undertaken within 2 years after final approval of the permit, <br />and completed within 5 years. If the project has not been completed in <br />this time span, the permit will be reviewed by the Planning Department <br />who will do one of the following: <br />extend the permit for one year, or <br />terminate the peg-mit. <br />21. The Applicant shall not heN outdoor P.A. systems on site unless it can <br />be shown that the decibel level of such systems will not exceed the <br />noise standards for residential zoned property of the City of Everett. <br />The readings for such systems must be determined from the residential <br />areas east of the subject property. <br />4475E <br />—3— <br />
