The proposed expansion is not water <br />dependent. No public access or viewing is <br />proposed. However, the property provides <br />public access to the loth Street boat launch <br />under the original shoreline permit for the <br />existing warehouse and under the agreement <br />+ ... <br />for boat launch access improvements dated <br />September 14, 1992. <br />The expansion will be approximately 15 feet <br />'+I <br />from the shoreline. <br />iv. No additional landscaping is proposed. <br />Street trees were proposed along West Marine <br />view Drive but not installed under the <br />original shoreline permit for the existing <br />building. <br />�! 1 <br />v. Parking exists between West Marine View Drive <br />and the existing building. <br />vi. The commercial development is on private <br />land. <br />I <br />Conclusion: The proposal will not meet all the <br />p <br />specific regulations for Commercial Development <br />unless the following is added to the proposal. <br />1. Provide a minimum of one street tree for <br />every 30 feet along West Marine View Drive. <br />
